Under the guidance of its new management team, Woodhead Heavy Coiling has gone from strength to strength and is now a well known and formidable competitor in the industry.

As a spring design company, we make use of the latest design software and are able to assist with the design of most types of springs.

As a spring manufacturer, we specialize in the larger wire diameter market, able to manufacture springs up to 75 Ø round bar, however we can supply virtually any type of spring.

The company has a broad customer base predominantly in the mining, industrial and railway sectors, however we are not limited to these applications. We are also competitive in the export market.

We are BEE compliant. Our Health and Safety Act is in place and running smoothly.  We have implemented a Skills and Development Programme as well as a HIV/Aids Program.
