Woodhead Heavy Coiling specialises in the production of high-quality, hot-formed springs. We offer a wide range of spring types in diameters ranging from 12mm to 65mm. Our capabilities are further enhanced by cutting-edge design software, allowing us to manufacture springs based on your specific requirements and drawings.
We understand that some projects may require springs outside of our typical diameter range. For these cases, we provide material sourcing based on your exact specifications.
Our commitment to quality is reflected in our extensive customer base across the mining, industrial, agriculture and railway sectors. We implement stringent quality control measures to ensure every product that leaves our facilities is top-quality. These measures include load testing, magnetic particle inspection (MPI), and comprehensive in-house quality control testing.
